Pictures Plus was founded in 1998 by Tim Chisholm, a Georgia Tech Industrial Engineer and former Quality Control Manager. Tim has more than 25 years of experience in the framed art industry, and his technical expertise and eye for detail inform every project Pictures Plus handles.
